Project Health Check

A Roque Consulting 'Project Health Check' gives a snapshot of the state of the project or programme.  

Our health checks are aimed primarily at preventing risks from becoming issues, by reviewing practice against the projects objectives, processes and procedures. This is achieved by reviewing the project set up, its documentation and practices and producing a report highlighting both the good and the bad elements, with details of any corrective measures that may be deemed appropriate.
