Strategic Review

A Roque 'Strategic Review' is normally undertaken for projects or testing departments where there is perceived to be a problem. The review is aimed at identifying changes and improvements to make a significant difference in the project delivery or the department's performance.  

The reviews tend to be a mixture of, qualitative and quantitative exercises based on observation, document reviews and staff, supplier and client interviews, to identify and assess the issues before producing a recommended action plan to address the issues.
