Strategic Review

A Roque 'Strategic Review' is normally undertaken of projects or departments where there is percieved to be a problem and is aimed at identifying changes and improvements to make a significant difference in the project delivery or departments performance.

The reviews tend to be a mixture of Quantative, and Qualtive  excercises based on document and evidence reviews and staff, supplier and or customer interviews to identify and assess the issues before producing a reccomended action plan to address the issues.
