Roque
Test Management Culture Methodology

The Roque method of engagement seeks to ensure that we get off to a good understanding of your needs, and we constantly review our performance against your expectations.

 Investigation

In order to understand the needs of the project, and to ensure the correct resource and skill set Roque undertake a start of engagement investigation.

Planning

The overall project plan is studied and then test and QA activities scheduled. The appropriate resources, tools, data and documentation is planned and agreed.

Preparation

To ensure that the software test execution goes as smoothly as possible, the test environment, documents and staff are all prepared and made ready.

Execution

The agreed test scripts are executed from an ‘error centric’ point of view. Roque aims to find as many errors and issues as possible and our testing reflects this.

Reporting

Management needs to know how many tests have been run, number of issues raised, how many more tests to go. Roque gives detailed, regular reports.

Review

All outputs from the test execution phase are reviewed against agreed exit criteria and checked for quality and completeness.

Completion

An exit interview is conducted to ensure that the client has all the expected deliverables, and their staff have been fully briefed on the current status of testing.
