Investigation
|
To understand the needs of the project and ensure the correct resource and skill set Roque undertake a start of engagement investigation.

Planning
|
The appropriate resources, tools, tests and documentation are agreed and scheduled.
|

Preparation
|
Test environments, documents and staff are all prepared and made ready.
|
|
Execution
|
Test scripts are executed from an ‘error centric’ point of view.
|

Reporting
|
Roque regularly reports on the status of testing, delivering management the information it needs to make release related decisions
|
|
Review
|
All outputs from the test execution phase are reviewed against agreed exit criteria.
|
|
Completion
|
An exit interview is conducted to ensure that the client has all the expected deliverables and are fully briefed on the outcome of testing.
|
In particular Roque agreed processes with the client and with our own staff that allowed the development, validation and release effort to be controlled, monitored and reported on.
