Managing Third Parties

With more and more development being outsourced, it is becoming increasingly important that companies manage third party suppliers. This involves ensuring that the contract lists the right set of responsibilities for the supplier as well as giving the right level of access to the client so that progress can be observed and corrective action taken as soon as necessary.
