Strategic Review

A Roque ‘Strategic Review’ is normally undertaken for projects or testing departments where there is perceived to be a problem. The review is aimed at identifying changes and improvements to make a significant difference in the project delivery or the department’s performance.

Our Strategic Reviews tend to be a mixture of qualitative and quantitative exercises based on observation, document reviews and interviews with staff, suppliers and clients. These enable us to identify and assess the issues before producing a recommended action plan to address them.
